On August 28, 2019, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange (HOSE) issued Announcement No.1191/TB-SGDHCM regarding the delisting of stock of Khang An Investment Real Estate Joint Stock Company (KAC):

- Number of shares delisted : 23,999,999 shares

- Value of shares delisted : VND239,999,990,000

- Effective delisting date : September 05, 2019

- Reason: The listed company seriously violated disclosure obligations and to protect the interests of investors as defined at Point 1.11 - Article 26 of the Listing Regulation on Hochiminh Stock Exchange promulgated with Decision No.85/QD-SGDHCM dated March 19, 2018 by Hochiminh Stock Exchange.
