On August 26, 2019, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange (HOSE) issued Decision No.339/QD-SGDHCM regarding the delisting of stock of Damac GLS Joint Stock Company (KSH):

- Number of shares delisted : 57,509,675 shares

- Value of shares delisted : VND575,096,750,000

- Effective delisting date : September 05, 2019

Reason: The listed company seriously violated disclosure obligations and to protect the interests of investors as defined at Point 1.11 - Article 26 of the Listing Regulation on Hochiminh Stock Exchange promulgated with Decision No.85/QD-SGDHCM dated March 19, 2018 by Hochiminh Stock Exchange.
