2)      Stock type: common share

3)      Par value: VND10,000/share

4)      Expected issue volume: 7,471,087 shares

5)      Total issue value: VND74,710,870,000

6)      Issue ratio: 100:3 (The one who owns 01 share will receive 01 right, and every 100 rights can receive 03 new shares).

7)      Financial resource: distribution profit after tax. 

8)      Plan to deal with fractional shares: The distributed shares will be rounded down. The fractional shares (if any) will be cancelled. 

9)      Implement date: Q3 – Q4/2019
