The Board resolution dated August 23, 2019, the Board of Directors of Truong Thanh Furniture Corporation (TTF) approved to establish a subsidiary as follows:

-          Company name: Casadora Furniture Corporation

-          Head office: Street DT747, Uyen Hung Ward, Tan Uyen Town, Binh Duong Province, Vietnam.

-          Charter capital: VND13,800,000,000 (TTF contributed VND8,280,000,000, accounting for 60% charter capital of Casadora).

-          To appoint Mr. Nguyen Trong Hieu as the representative of stake of Truong Thanh Furniture Corporation in Casadora Furniture Corporation.
