Refrigeration Electrical Engineering Corporation has received the adjustment of public tender offer for REE shares from Platinum Victory Pte. Ltd. as follows:

1)      Bidder: Platinum Victory Pte. Ltd.

2)      Information about the public tender offer:

-          Target company: Refrigeration Electrical Engineering Corporation

-          Number of REE shares expected for purchase: 31,346,949 shares (10.11% of REE’s charter capital)

-          Number of REE shares owned by REE after trading: 108,558,452 shares (35.01% of REE’s charter capital)

-          Estimated buying price: VND45,000/share

-          Object: the shareholders of REE shares. However, the ownership ratio limit of foreign investors at REE is 49% and at present the current limit achieves 49%. Platinum Victory Pte. Ltd., the buyer, is a foreign shareholder. Therefore, the determination of trading result will depend on the foreign ownership ratio limit at REE at the trading time of public tender offer and under regulations.
