1. Name of share: share of Vietnam Investment Construction and Trading Joint Stock Corporation
2. Type of share: common share
3. Par value: VND 10,000/ share
4. Total number of shares: 26,353,800 shares
5. Number of outstanding shares: 26,353,800 shares
6. Number of treasury share: 0 share
7. Number of shares expected to be issued: 52,553,700 shares
8. Total value of shares expected to be issued (according to par value): VND 525,537,000,000
9. Rate of issue (number of shares expected to be issued/ number of outstanding shares): 199.416023%
10. Capital source: undistributed profit after tax, capital surplus, investment and development fund and other funds (in audited financial statement of 2018)
11. Record date for the share issue: 06/09/2019
12. Method of handling odd-lot shares: number of shares issued to increase the Company’s equity from owner’s equity that each shareholder receives will be rounded down to unit digit. The decimal (if any) will be cancelled.
