PSG: Additional reason for putting stock under trading restriction

As of 15/08/2019, pursuant to Regulation on organization and management of UPCoM of HNX attached to Decision No.455/QD-SGDHN dated 20/6/2017 (Regulation on trading registration), HNX announced the additional reason for putting stock under trading restriction as follows:
- Issuer: Saigon Petroleum Construction and Investment JSC
- Stock code: PSG
- Reason: No information has been published about the 2019 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders within 06 months from the end of the fiscal year and  no measure remedy. According to Point c, Item 1, Article 31 and Point a, Item 1, Article 32  of the Trading Regulation, the stock is put under restriction
HNX will announce the approval for NTB to resume trading after the Company overcomes the reasons for being put under trading restriction pursuant to Regulation on trading registration..
