According to Decision No.103/QD-SGDHCM dated April 05, 2019 by the Hochiminh Stock Exchange (HOSE), the stock VPK of Vegetable Oil Packing Joint Stock Company was put under supervision status because the profit after tax of 2017 is -39.3 billion dongs, the profit after tax of 2018 is -39.8 billion dongs based on the audited financial statements in 2017 & 2018.

     On August 16, 2019, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange (HOSE) received the 2019 semi-annual reviewed consolidated financial statements of Vegetable Oil Packing Joint Stock Company (Code: VPK). Accordingly, the profit after tax in six months of 2019 is -11.2 billion dongs and the undistributed after-tax profit at June 30, 2019 is -81 billion dongs.

Therefore, VPK has not overcome the causes making the stock under the supervision status. HOSE continues to remain the supervision status for the stock VPK and will consider solutions for the stock VPK after having the 2019 audited financial statements.
