The Board resolution dated August 19, 2019, the Board of Directors of Thanh Thanh Cong – Bien Hoa Joint Stock Company (SBT) approved to buy shares in Tan Dinh Import Export Joint Stock Company (Tadimex) with the stock volume of 2,082,900 shares, equivalent to 41.65% charter capital of Tadimex. Accordingly, Tadimex will become an associated company of SBT.
The purchase transaction of Tadimex’s shares are transferred from internal person and related person of internal person, including:
- Mrs. Huynh Bich Ngoc: 964,800 shares;
- Mr. Dang Van Thanh: 878,000 shares.
Time of implementation: from August 19, 2019.
