In case of authorization, a proxy with certified seal of the local authority is further requested in addition to the mentioned above.
     * Dividend payment by share:
          - Exercise rate: 100:13.61 (100 shares - 13.61 new share)
- Rounding method, handling of shares representing less than one unit: Number of shares received will be rounded down to units digit. Odd shares and unsold shares will be distributed to other subjects with price not lower than that offered to outstanding shareholders.
          - Exercise place:

          - Exercise place:

In case of authorization, a proxy with certified seal of the local authority is further requested in addition to the mentioned above.

- Reason and purpose: * Number of outstanding shares (due to the difference between the number of registered to issue shares (17,000,000 shares) with the actual number of shares) will be distributed to shareholders of the union of Ba Ria - Vung Tau Water Supply Joint Stock Company with the price of VND 10,000/share.
