On August 15, 2019, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange (HOSE) received the 2019 semi-annual reviewed financial statements of Royal International Corporation (code: RIC). According to the report, the after-tax profit in the first six months of 2019 was -78.21 billion dongs, and the undistributed after-tax profit until June 30, 2019 was -233.71 billion dongs.

Therefore, RIC continues to suffer losses and has not overcome the causes making the stock under the warning status.

HOSE continues to remain the warning status for the stock RIC and will consider solutions for the stock RIC after having the 2019 audited financial statements.
