Purpose                               for the payment for the first phase of 2019 dividend in cash

Dividend pay-out ratio:           8%/ par value (VND800/ share)

Payment date:                          September 13, 2019 

Place & procedure of payment:

-Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: at the securities firms where the shares have been deposited.

-Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited:  Vietnam Container Shipping Joint Stock Corporation as from September 13, 2019.
