1. Approving the result of stock issuance for dividend payment:

-       Number of distributed shares: 3,763,068 shares

-       Number of distributed shareholders: 3,339 shareholders

-       Plan to deal with fractional shares: the distributed shares will be rounded down, the fractional shares will be cancelled.

-       These shares will not be restricted the transfer.

-       Number of current shares on August 14, 2019: 41,406,964; Of which:

+ Number of outstanding shares: 41,406,844 shares

+ Number of treasury shares: 120 shares.

-       Charter capital after the issuance: VND414,069,640,000

-       Expected trading period: September 2019.
