577 Investment Corporation announces the Board resolution dated August 13, 2019 about the contents of Extraordinary General Meeting 2019 as follows:

1. Based on the audited business result to decide to pay the ratio of 2019 dividend to shareholders.
2. Approving for CII or CII's related person to buy/receive the transfer of NBB shares to raise the ownership ratio in NBB to 79% number of outstanding shares of NBB without a public tender offer.
3. To submit to the General Meeting of Shareholders regarding the change of business lines that are restricted to foreign ownership ratio.
