On August 09, 2019, the Board of Directors of PetroVietnam Gas Joint Stock Corporation approved to pay cash dividend for 2018 and 2019 as follows:

1. To pay third cash dividend for 2018:

-       Exercise ratio: 13%/charter capital

-       Payment date: Q3.2019

2. To pay first cash dividend for 2019:

-       Exercise ratio: 10%/charter capital

-       Payment date: Q3.2019.
