On July 31, 2019, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange (HOSE) issued Announcement No.1032/TB-SGDHCM to allow Angiang Fisheries Import & Export Joint Stock Company (AGF) to resume trading in the form of special supervised stock as from August 02, 2019.

- Reason: The Company has overcome the causes making the stock under the trading halt status.

- AGF stock will be traded only in the afternoon trading session via order-matching or put-through methods in the form of special supervised stock as from August 02, 2019.

- Reference price on August 02, 2019: the close price of the trading day of June 24, 2019.

- Price fluctuation range: +/-20%
