On July 04, 2019, the Board of Directors of Quang Binh Import and Export Joint Stock Company (QBS) approved to contribute capital for establishing a subsidiary with the following details:

- Company name: Quang Binh - Dinh Vu Port Joint Stock Company

- Address: Dinh Vu Industrial zone, Dong Hai 2, Hai An, Hai Phong.

- Charter capital: VND438,000,000,000 (QBS contributed VND432,000,000,000, accounting for 98.6% charter capital of Quang Binh - Dinh Vu Port Joint Stock Company.)

- To appoint Mrs. Vu Thi Duong as the representative of stake of Quang Binh Import and Export Joint Stock Company in Quang Binh - Dinh Vu Port Joint Stock Company.
