6. Reason:
     * Dividend payment in cash for the year 2018:
          - Exercise rate: 7%/share ( shareholders receive VND700 for every 01 share they own)
          - Place of payment:
               + For deposited shares: Securities companies where shares of shareholders have been deposited.
               + For undeposited shares: PetroVietnam Packaging Joint Stock Company on working days from 29/7/2019. Securities certificate and Identification Card (original copy) are required. 
          - Exercise date: 29/07/2019
     * Dividend payment by share:
          - Exercise rate: 05% (01 share - 01 voting right;  shareholder holding 100 voting rights is entitled to receive 05 new shares)
          - Rounding method, handling of shares representing less than one unit: Number of shares received will be rounded down to units digit. Odd shares (if any) will be canceled. 
               + For deposited shares: securities companies where shares of shareholders have been deposited.
           - Place of payment:
               + For deposited shares: Securities companies where shares of shareholders have been deposited.
               + For undeposited shares: The owners shall implement the procedures on receiving dividend at ​PetroVietnam Packaging Joint Stock Company on the working days and submit ID card.
