According to the Board resolution dated July 01, 2019, the Board of Directors of Transimex Corporation (TMS) approved the following issues:

1. Approving the policy on the establishment of an associated company to develop Airfreight Logistics services.
2. Approving to extend the joint venture agreement with Nippon Express.
3. Approving to invest and expand Logistics Center Project in the northern of Vietnam.
4. Approving the employee stock ownership plan (ESOP):

-       Issue volume: 665,265 shares

-       Transfer restriction: 01 year from the listing date on HOSE.

-       Stock type: common stock

-       Par value: VND10,000/share

-       Issue price: VND22,000/share

-       Issue time: in Quarter 3.2019, after receiving the approval by the State Securities Commission of Vietnam.

5. Approving to set up representative offices in Ben Tre and Quy Nhon.
6. Approving the resignation of Mr. Nguyen Anh Minh as Deputy CEO.
