2. To implement right for additional issuance:

-       Issue price:  VND10,000/share

-       Exercise ratio: 4:1

-       Time for rights transference: from August 21, 2019 to September 03, 2019

-       Time for subscription and deposit: from August 21, 2019 to September 10, 2019.
