On July 29, 2019, the Board resolution of Transport and Industry Development Investment Joint Stock Company approved the plan to pay cash & stock dividend for 2018 as follows:

1. Approving to pay cash dividend:

-       Exercise ratio: 5%/par value (500 dongs/share)

-       Record date: expected in Q3.2019

-       Payment date: expected in Q3.2019.

2. Approving to pay stock dividend:

-       Number of shares issued: 38,230,192 shares

-       Number of outstanding shares: 38,230,192 shares

-       Number of treasury shares: 0 share

-       Number of shares expected to be issued: 3,823,019 shares

-       Total value (based on par value): VND38,230,190,000

-       Issue ratio: 10%

-       Time of implementation: expected in Q3.2019

-       To register to deposit at the Vietnam Securities Depository (VSD) and list on the Hochiminh Stock Exchange (HOSE) for the new shares.

3. Approving the dossier of stock dividend for 2018 dividend payment.
