     * For a ballot:
          - Exercise rate: 01 share – 01 voting rights
          - Content of the ballot: General Meeting of Shareholders 2019 on 25 April 2019 approved the Proposal of Board of Directors on the plan of moving Company's Headquarter from A8 Truong Son, Ward 2, Tan Binh District, Hochiminh to No. 131 Xo Viet Nghe Tinh, Ward 17, Binh Thach District, Hochiminh.
However, due to some objective reasons, the company changed the moving plan. Thus, Board of Directors conduct a ballot on the following contents:
          - Content of the ballot:
· Moving Company's Headquarter from A8 Truong Son, Ward 2, Tan Binh District, Hochiminh to Floor 01, Block C, Waseco Office Building, no 10 Pho Quang, Ward 2, Tan Binh District,
.  Adjustment of the Charter according to the address of the main business location.
· Authorize the Board of Directors and General Director to conduct the office moving, register the change with business registration organ and other related administrative measures according to the legal regulations.
          - Expected exercise date: From 13/08/2019 to 26/08/2019
