According to the Board resolution dated July 27, 2019, the Board of Directors of Vietnam Container Shipping Joint Stock Corporation approved the following issues:

1. Profit and loss in the first six months of 2019:

−      Revenue: 897.32 billion dongs

−      Profit before tax: 145.64 billion dongs

2. Making the first cash dividend payment for 2019:

−      Payment ratio: 8%/par value (800 dongs for a share)

−      Payment date: in Quarter 3.2019

3. Providing up to VND6.5 billion to support Central Container Joint Stock Company to invest in container transport vehicles as planned.
