PXA: Change of reason for trading restriction on UPCoM to PXA

As of June 28, 2019, pursuant to Regulation on organization and management of UPCoM of HNX attached to Decision No.455/QD-SGDHN dated  June 20, 2017, HNX announced the change of reason for trading restriction to PXA stock as follows:
- Issuer: Petrovietnam – Nghe An Investment & Trading JSC
- Stock code: PXA
- Previous reason for trading restriction: negative on Reviewed FS of 2018 and violated on information disclosure under point b, article 1, clause 31 and point a &b, article 1, clause 32 of Regulation on organization and management of UPCoM;
- Changed reason for trading restriction: negative on Reviewed FS of 2018 and the Auditor refused to give opinion on FS 2018 of the company under trading restriction case according to point b and d, article 1, clause 32 of Regulation on trading registration.
 
HNX shall inform normal trading resuming of PXA after the Company has remedied the causes leading to trading restriction status according to Regulation on trading registration.
