Viet Nam Fumigation Joint Stock Company announces Board Resolution No.26/2019 dated July 26, 2019 as follows:

Article 1: To register to deposit at the Vietnam Securities Depository (VSD) and list on the Hochiminh Stock Exchange (HOSE) for 475,403 new shares of the stock issuance under ESOP.

Article 2: To raise its charter capital from VND316,134,610,000 to VND320,888,640,000.

Article 3 This decision shall take effect from the date of signing.

Article 4: The Board of Directors, the Directorate and relating departments are responsible for implementing this resolution.
