• Exercise ratio: 62.5% (1,000:625) (Shareholder who owns 1,000 shares will receive 625 new shares).
• Expected issue volume: 9,234,791 shares
• Plan to deal with fractional shares: The distributed shares will be rounded down, the fractional shares will be cancelled
• For example: At the record date, shareholder A owned 332 shares. With 62.5% performing ratio, the shareholder A will receive: 332 * 62.5/100 = 207.5 shares. According to rounding policy, the shareholder A receives 207 new shares. The fractional shares of 0.5 will be cancelled.
