Industrial Urban Development Joint Stock Company No.2 announces Board Resolution dated July 24, 2019 as follows:

Article 1: To register to deposit at the Vietnam Securities Depository (VSD) and list on the Hochiminh Stock Exchange (HOSE) for 21,354,984 new shares of the stock issuance for capital increase.

Article 2: To amend the Company’s Charter regarding new charter capital of VND213,549,840,000.

 Article 3:  This decision shall take effect from the date of signing.

Article 4: The Board of Directors, the Directorate and relating departments are responsible for implementing this resolution.
