-       Approving the resignation of Mr. Le Thanh Hien as Director at Southern Branch cum Director at IBIS Ha Do Hotel Branch as from July 18, 2019.

-       Mr. Dinh Trong Le was appointed as as Director at Southern Branch as from July 18, 2019.

-       Mr. Nguyen Trong Minh was appointed as Director at IBIS Ha Do Hotel Branch as from July 18, 2019.

-       Mr. Nguyen Hoang Nam was appointed as Deputy Director at IBIS Ha Do Hotel Branch as from July 18, 2019.
