According to the board resolution dated July 01, 2019, the Board of Directors of Hoang Huy Investment Financial Services Joint Stock Company approved to withdraw its entire stake in Vinh Quang International Investment Trading Joint Stock Company, as follows:

- Owning volume in Vinh Quang International Investment Trading Joint Stock Company: 25,200,000 shares

- Selling volume: 25,200,000 shares

- Selling price: 10,101 dongs/share

- Trading time: by September 30, 2019
