The Board resolution dated July 11, 2019, the Board of Directors of Create Capital Viet Nam Joint Stock Company Limited (CRC) approved to contribute capital to set up subsidiary as follows:

-          Company name: CRC Technology Joint Stock Company

-          Short name: CRC TECH. JSC

-          Address: BT3 Van Phuc New Urban Area, Van Phuc Ward, Ha Dong District, Hanoi.

-          Stock volume: 200,000 shares

-          Charter capital: VND2,000,000,000 (CRC contributed VND1,900,000,000, equivalent to 190,000 shares, accounting for 95% charter capital.

-          To appoint Mrs. Vu Thi Thuy as the representative of stake in CRC Technology Joint Stock Company.
