The company announced the change in personnel as follows:

1. Members of BOD, Supervisory Board and Management Board are reappointed due to the end of term:
- Mr. Ngo Trong Vinh has been appointed as Chair of the Board, for the 2019-2024 term with effect since 27/06/2019.
- Mr. Pham Quynh has been reappointed as Member of BOD, Deputy General Director for the 2019-2024 term with effect since 27/06/2019.
- Mr. Ngo Anh Phuong has been appointed as Vice Chair of the Board for the 2019-2024 term with effect since 27/06/2019.
- Ms. Lam Quynh Huong has been appointed as Member of BOD for the 2019-2024 term with effect since 27/06/2019.
- Ms. Ngo Thi Thanh Huyen has been appointed as Member of BOD for the 2019-2024 term with effect since 27/06/2019.
- Mr. To Thanh Binh has been appointed as Member of BOD for the 2019-2024 term with effect since 27/06/2019.
- Ms. Ngo Phuong Anh has been appointed as Member of BOD for the 2019-2024 term with effect since 27/06/2019.
- Ms. Dang Thi Nhu has been appointed as Head of Supervisory Board for the 2019-2024 term with effect since 27/06/2019.
- Mr. Nguyen Trong Ha has been appointed as Member of Supervisory Board for the 2019-2024 term with effect since 27/06/2019.
- Mr. Tran Van Que has been appointed as Member of Supervisory Board for the 2019-2024 term with effect since 27/06/2019.
- Mr. Can Huu Hai has been appointed as General Director for the 2019-2024 term with effect since 27/06/2019.
- Ms. Pham Thi Hanh has been appointed as Chief Accountant for the 2019-2024 term with effect since 27/06/2019.

2. Members of BOD, Supervisory Board and Management Board resigned due to the end of term:
- Mr. Dang Thanh Hai has resigned from Chair of the Board with effect since 27/6/2019.
- Mr. Ha Sy Tuyen has resigned from Member of BOD, Deputy Director with effect since 27/6/2019.
- Mr. Cau Huu Hai has resigned from Vice Chair of the Board with effect since 27/6/2019.
- Ms. Nguyen Thi Khanh Quyen has resigned from Member of BOD, Deputy Director with effect since 27/6/2019.
- Mr. Le Xuan Thanh has resigned from Head of Supervisory Board with effect since 27/6/2019.
- Mr. Vu Gia Hung has resigned from Member of Supervisory Board with effect since 27/6/2019.
- Ms. Tran Thi Uyen has resigned from Member of Supervisory Board with effect since 27/6/2019.
