FCN: Notice of adjustment of foreign ownership limit

According to the official document dated May 20, 2019 by the State Securities Commission and the official document by FECON Corporation, the Vietnam Securities Depository has adjusted the foreign ownership limit of FECON Corporation (FCN) from 51.47% to 75%.

Effective date: May 30, 2019.
