HOSE announces the record date for the 2018 dividend payment of Petro Center Corporation:

-   Stock symbol: PMG                                         

-   Ex-right date: June 10, 2019      

-   Record date: June 11, 2019       

-   Purpose: to pay stock dividends.

-   Exercise ratio: 11% or 100:11

The one who owns 100 shares at the record date will receive 11 new shares.

-   Estimated issue volume: 4,174,483 shares.

-    Plan to deal with fractional shares:

The distributed shares will be rounded down. The fractional shares will be canceled.

For example, if shareholder A owns 123 shares at the record date, he will receive: 13.53 shares. However, because of rounding down, he will receive only 13 new shares.
