          - Exercise rate: 3%/share (Shareholders are entitled to receive VND 300 for every share they own)

          - Place of payment:
               + For deposited shares: securities companies where shares of shareholders have been deposited.
               + For undeposited shares: VietNam Pharmaceutical Corporation - Joint Stock Company (address: No.12, Ngo Tat To, Van Mieu Ward, Dong Da District, Hanoi City on working days from 17/06/2019. Securities certificate and Identification Card (original copy) are required. In case shareholder would like to receive dividend through bank transfer, the shareholder is required to send the company Transfer Request and copy of identification card.
