SCR: Board approves to contribute capital to set up a company

According to Board Resolution No.19 dated May 28, 2019, the Board of Directors of Sai Gon Thuong Tin Real Estate Joint Stock Company approved to contribute capital to set up Thuong Tin 620 Real Estate Investment Joint Stock Company, as follows:

- Company: Thuong Tin 620 Real Estate Investment Joint Stock Company

- Charter capital: VND20 billion

- Head office: 352 Pham Hung, Vinh Lac, Rach Gia, Kien Giang

- Sai Gon Thuong Tin Real Estate Joint Stock Company will contribute VND10,200,000,000, equivalent to 51% charter capital.

- Representative of SCR at the new company: Mr. Bui Tien Thang, Deputy Chairman of SCR.
