The Board resolution dated May 30, 2019, Industrial Urban Development Joint Stock Company No.2 approved the following issues:

1. Approving to pay second cash dividend for 2018:

-       Exercise ratio: 15%/par value (1,500 dongs/share)

-       Record date: June 18, 2019

-       Payment date: June 28, 2019

2. Approving the selection of RSM Vietnam Auditing and Consulting Com Ltd is the auditor for the financial statements in 2019.

3. Approving the investment in D2D apartment project at Thong Nhat, Bien Hoa.

-       Total investment:    VND469,996 million

-       Time of implementation: from 2018 to 2022

4. Approving the transaction contract with related company (Phuc Hieu Com Ltd which is related to Mr. Thai Vu Doai, member of BOD).
