On June 24, 2019, Power Engineering Consulting Joint Stock Company 2 approved the following issues:

1)      Approving the result of stock issuance to pay dividend for 2018 (phase 2):

-         Number of shares expected to be issued: 2,462,631 shares

-         Number of shares issued: 2,462,508 shares

-         Stock type: common share

-         Par value: 10,000 dongs/share

-         Number of distributed shareholders: 828 persons

2)      Approving to increase its charter capital after the additional issuance:

-         Charter capital before the issuance: VND123,131,590,000

-         Additional charter capital: VND24,625,080,000

-         Charter capital after the issuance: VND147,756,670,000 (equivalent to 14,775,667 shares)

3)      Approving to amend and supplement its charter with new charter capital.

4)      Approving to register to deposit at the Vietnam Securities Depository (VSD) and list on the Hochiminh Stock Exchange (HOSE) for 2,462,508 new shares of the stock dividend payment.
