Truong Thanh Furniture Corporation announces Resolution of 2019 AGM as follows:

1. Approving the BOD’s operation reports in 2018 and plans in 2019.
2. Approving 2018 business results and 2019 plans:

1. Approving controlled reports of the Supervisory Board in 2018 and for 2019.
2. Approving 2018 financial statements.
3. Arpproving the resignation of Mr. Ho Anh Dung and Mr. Vu Tuan Hoang as members of the BOD in the term 2017-2021.
4. Approving Mr. Mai Huu Tin was appointed as Chairman of the BOD in the term 2017-2021.
5. Approving Mr. Vu Xuan Duong was appointed as Deputy Chairman of the BOD in the term 2017-2021.
6. Approving Mr. Vo Quoc Loi and Mr. Le Van Minh were appointed as members of the BOD in the term 2017-2021.
7. Approving the audited firm chosen for 2019 financial statements.
8. Approving to not the 2018 & 2019 dividend payment and distribution funds
9. Approving compensation fund for the BOD:

1. Approving changes of the company’s Charter and Operation regulation.
