Quoc Cuong Gia Lai Joint Stock Company announced the resolution of the 2019 annual general meetingdated June 22, 2019 as follows:

Article 1: AGM approved report on the audited financial statements in fiscal year 2018:

-          Net revenue: 732.2 billion dongs

-          Profit before tax: 106.5 billion dongs

Article 2: AGM approved profit distribution plan in 2018.

Article 3: AGM approved the business plan for 2019:

-          Net revenue: 1,250 billion dongs

-          Profit before tax: 200 billion dongs

Article 4: AGM approved the selection of audit firm for fiscal year 2019.

Article 5: AGM approved the remuneration of the Board of Directors, Board of Supervisors in 2018 and in 2019.

Article 6: AGM approved the resignation of Nguyen Quoc Cuong as a member of the BODs.

Article 7: AGM approved the election of Tran Van Hieu as a member of the BODs.

Article 8: AGM approved to elect the BOD Chairman concurrently as CEO.

Article 9: This resolution takes effect from the date of signing.
