-   Ex-right date: June 20, 2019      

-   Record date: June 21, 2019       

-   Purpose: to pay stock dividends.

-   Exercise ratio: 10:1

The one who owns 10 shares at the record date will receive 01 new shares.

-   Estimated issue volume: 2,943,985 shares.

-    Plan to deal with fractional shares:

The distributed shares will be rounded down. The fractional shares will be canceled.

For example, if shareholder A owns 584 shares at the record date, he will receive: 584x10% = 58.4 shares. However, because of rounding down, he will receive only 58 new shares.
