The company announced the change in personnel as follows:

Mr. Quach Ba Vuong, Mr. Do Huy Hung and Mr. Nguyen Van Vinh have resigned from Deputy general director with effect since 4/6/2019.
Mr. Dao Trong Nam, Mr. Dinh Ngoc Dan and Mr. Cao Van Manh have been appointed Member of B.O.D with effect since 4/6/2019.
Ms. Tran Thi Giang and Mr. Nguyen Van Trung have resigned from Member of S.B with effect since 4/6/2019.
Mr. Truong Van Lap and Mr. Dang Van Thuyen have been appointed Member of S.B with effect since 4/6/2019.
Mr. Nguyen Huy Khoi has been appointed The person in charge of B.O.D with effect until 14/6/2019.
Mr. Mai Quy Han has resigned from The person in charge of corporate governance and Information disclosure officer with effect since 6/6/2019.
Chair of the B.O.D - company legal representative has been appointed Chief of Information disclosure board and Information disclosure officer.
Ms. Tran Thi Giang has been appointed Information disclosure officer.
