On June 12, the Board of Directors of Thanh Thanh Cong Tourist Joint Stock Company approved the establishment of a wholly-owned subsidiary as follows:

- New company name: Ngoc Lan Service Health Co. Ltd.

- Address: 42 Nguyen Chi Thanh, ward 1, Da Lat city, Lam Dong province, Viet Nam

- Charter capital: VND1 billion

- Chairman cum Legal representative of the new company: Ms. Nguyen Thuc Bich Tien
