The Board resolution dated June 12, 2019, Van Phat Hung Corporation approved the following issues:

1. Approving the record date for cash dividend payment for 2018:

-       Record date: June 26, 2019

-       Exercise ratio: 7%/charter capital (700 dongs/share)

-       Payment date: July 12, 2019

2. Approving the record date for stock dividend payment for 2018:

-       Exercise ratio: 10% (100:10) (Shareholder who owns 100 shares will receive 10 new shares.)

-       Plan to deal with fractional shares: The distributed shares will be rounded down, the fractional shares will be cancelled

-       For example: At the record date, shareholder A owned 15 shares. With 10% performing ratio, the shareholder A will receive: 15 * 10/100 = 1.5 shares. According to rounding policy, the shareholder A receives 01 new share. The fractional shares of 0.5 will be cancelled.

-       Place of payment:

+ Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: at the securities firms where the shares have been deposited.

+ Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited: at Van Phat Hung Corporation.
