On June 10, 2019, the Board of Directors of Truong Thanh Furniture Corporation approved the change of personnel as follows:

1. Approving the resignation of Mr. Ho Anh Dung as Chairman of the Board of Directors.
2. Approving the resignation of Mr. Ho Anh Dung as Member of the Board of Directors.
3. Electing Mr. Mai Huu Tin, Deputy Chairman of the Board of Directors, to replace Mr. Ho Anh Dung as Chairman of the Board of Directors.
4. Electing Mr. Vu Xuan Duong, Member of the Board of Directors, as Deputy Chairman of the Board of Directors.
5. Approving the resignation of Mr. Vu Tuan Hoang as Member of the Board of Directors.
6. Electing Mr. Vo Quoc Loi as Replacement Member of the Board of Directors.
7. Electing Mr. Le Van Minh as Replacement Member of the Board of Directors.
8. Approving the resignation of Mr. Mai Huu Tin as CEO.
9. Appointing Mr. Nguyen Trong Hieu, Member of the Board of Directors concurrently as CEO.
