-       Company name: CRC Energy Development Venture Joint Stock Company

-       Short name: CRC Energy., JSC

-       Head office: BT4.2, Tay Mo Urban Area, Tay Mo ward, Nam Tu Liem district, Ha Noi city

-       Charter capital: VND30 billion

-       Capital contributed by CRC: VND16.5 billion (55% charter capital)
