According to the Board resolution dated June 10, 2018, the Board of Directors of ThuDuc Electro Mechanical Joint Stock Company approved the following issues:

Article 1: Approving the result of payment for share purchase in the stock issuance to existing shareholders:

-       Estimated issue volume:  3,824,333 shares

-       Distributed volume: 3,604,666 shares

-       Fractional volume and unsold shares: 219,667 shares

Article 2: Approving the distribution of fractional and unsold shares: 

-       Fractional volume and unsold shares: 219,667 shares

-       Par value: VND10,000

-       Time for registration and settlement: from June 11, 2019 to June 13, 2019.
