On June 07, 2019, Nafoods Group Joint Stock Company issued a resolution to approve the private placement as follows:

-       Stock name:  Nafoods Group Joint Stock Company

-       Stock code: NAF

-       Par value: 10,000 dongs/share

-       Time for transfer restriction: within 01 year from the finish date of the offering

-       Stock type: common share

-       Maximum offering price: VND20,000/share; Of which:

+ IFC: VND20,000/share

+ ECA: VND13,043/share.

-       Minimum offering price: VND12,306/share; Of which:

+ IFC: VND12,306/share

+ ECA: VND13,043/share.

-       Offering volume:

+ IFC:  15,000,000 shares

+ ECA:     880,449 shares

-       Time of implementation: expected in 2019 after receiving the approval by the State Securities Commission of Vietnam (SSC).

-       Total proceeds from the offering: VND197,883,696,307.
