The Board resolution dated June 07, 2019, SMC Investment Trading Joint Stock Company approved the following issues:

1. Approving the standard of employees are participated in stock issuance under ESOP.
2. Approving the stock issuance under ESOP regulation.
3. Approving the list of employees in stock issuance under ESOP.
4. Approving the dossier of stock issuance under ESOP.
5. Approving to resign the position as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) for Mr. Vo Hoang Vu and to appoint Mr. Vo Hoang Vu as member of BOD.
6. Approving the appointment of Mrs. Nguyen Thi Ngoc Loan - Chairman of BOD as temporary Chief Executive Officer as from July 01, 2019.
7. Approving the resignation of Mr. Nguyen Bình Trong as Deputy CEO of Finance and Accounting Department as from July 01, 2019.
8. Approving the appointment of Mr. Nguyen Binh Trong as Permanent Deputy CEO as from July 01, 2019.
9. Approving the appointment of Mrs. Nguyen Ngoc Ý Nhi as Deputy CEO of Finance and Accounting Department as from July 01, 2019.
10. Approving the business result in five months of 2019:

-       Revenue:   VND7,100 billion

-       Profit:        VND85 billion.

11. Approving to buy 6,300,000 shares of Nam Kim Steel Joint Stock Company. Accordingly, SMC Investment Trading Joint Stock Company will raise the ownership ratio from 1.54% up to 5% at Nam Kim Steel Joint Stock Company.
