On April 19, 2019, HOSE received the 2018 audited consolidated financial statements from Post and Telecommunications Investment and Construction Joint Stock Company (PTC). Accordingly, the undistributed after-tax profit at 31/12/2017 was –14.13 billion dongs; the after-tax profit of parent company’s shareholders in 2018 was -52.25 billion dongs and the undistributed after-tax profit at 31/12/2018 was –66.18 billion dongs. Besides, the auditor had except-for and emphasis comments. Therefore, PTC has not overcome the causes making the stock under the supervision.

 HOSE will remain the supervision status for the stock PTC and will consider solutions for the stock PTC after having the 2019 semi-annual reviewed financial statements.
