1. The Board of Directors approved to plan the stock issuance to existing shareholders:

-       Exercise ratio: 1:1

-       Expected issue volume: 24,287,340 shares

-       Issue price: VND10,000/share

-       Total value: VND242,873,400,000.

2. The Board of Directors approved the dossier of the public offering:

-       Application for the public offering;

-       Resolution on the Annual General Meeting 2019 dated April 23, 2019 approving the plan for stock issuance, use of capital from the offering;

-       Prospectus;

-       Articles of Association;

-       Audited financial statements in 2017, 2018 and financial statements in Q1.2019;

-       Report on the plan of use of proceeds from the offering;

-       Information about related person to the BOD member, Directorate and Supervisory Board of the offering;

-       The confirmation of the bank regarding the opening of blocked account;

-       Other related documents.
